Only in Pittsburgh does this kind of thing happen. This is why I love Pittsburgh but will never live there again.

How did this slip past my attention? Oh, right. Oakland is now an extension of the Pitt Campus where good citizens dare not venture anymore. Recently a homeowner was beaten by college students because he was videotaping a party to make a noise complaint. Yeah - only Pittsburgh - but there is a lot of good here, as well.
